I purchased an ACER TV on 8th Feb from AMAZON and installation was scheduled for 16th Feb. It has been 6 days and no technician has been assigned despite multiple follow-ups. This kind of delay and negligence is completely unacceptable & even no time-line has been shared for this installation till now. Either complete the installation within 24 hours, or process my full refund immediately. I didn't expect such a poor n 3rd class service from "Indikal Technologies" (Acer's Service Partner) @Acer @amazonIN @anand_indkal @Acer_India @SonyElectronics @LGIndia @XiaomiIndia @SamsungIndia

@zeb_techsupport I purchased a lightening to 3.5 mm convertor from amazon on 22 december 2025 , today the lightening tip snapped while removing the connector from my phone. So i want to claim warranty for this product as it is in warranty till 21 may 2026.

Hey @amazonIN I ordered a Lightening to 3.5mm adapter for my device but when I received it this cable connects my wired earphone with bluetooth which makes the sound delay while ingame which is why i want it to be returned but there is only option for replacement.

I raised a complaint with @Acer_India TV on 19th July and it’s been 70+ days, still no solution. Even after raising it on @jagograhakjago no support was provided — they just redirected me to e-jagruti after 45 days. Now @Acer_India isn't picking up the calls or replies to email.

@AcerTVIndia would like to share a conversation I have with the service center guys that came to check my fault. He said buying acer tv is a bad choice as they don't have a proper service center here and they are dependent on the 3rd party service center. Just wanted to share.
