Canada has treated FN folks terribly. Put them in residential schools, tried to erase their culture, language and traditions. Then put them in a system of generational poverty, addiction & abuse. This referendum violates treaty rights, it would cost Albertans hundreds of millions of dollars, and is now tied to serious public safety concerns thanks to the largest data breach in Alberta’s history. The Government of Alberta is fighting to keep from compensating all of the Alberta small business people harmed by the illegal Jason Kenney lock down orders supported by the totalitarians in the NDP. We applied for certification of a class action. The government of Alberta opposed the motion because both the UCP government and the NDP support not compensating Alberta small business people harmed by illegal COVID lockdown orders. The government lost and was ordered to pay court costs. Hope that helps. While we are at it can you please explain to Albertans why the NDP hates small business people so much?
