Would like to message someone directly @GWRHelp as on the 19th Sept I took the only train running from Paddington to Maidenhead to have my train terminated at Acton town. Only option was to Uber home & yet all I receive in compensation is the £3.60 journey to Acton. Unacceptable!

@GWRHelp I've already tried to do this and doesn't allow me to do that. What is the alternative as my normal train that was cancelled doesn't show and the train I caught doesn't show either. It's like it doesn't exist

@GWRHelp there were multiple cancellations on Tuesday from Maidenhead and I caught what was showing as the 07.58 fast train from Maidenhead to Paddington. Driver encouraged delay repay but can't find that train or my normal 07.52 for that day so that I can claim. Please advise

@TfL I have applied for a refund for a journey from Maidenhead to Bond Street that was delayed almost an hour and been told it was unsuccessful. This cannot be the case. Can someone please contact me as online says unable to process. Call the number and says lines closed!

@TfL intrigued to know why I travel from Maidenhead to Bond Street 3 days a week with contactless and I get charged £30.20 per day. My partner travelled from Maidenhead to Liverpool Street 3 days with contactless and he got charged £24.70 per day. What's the explanation?
