According to an exclusive report by Axios Ukrainian officials offered the Trump administration a plan to establish world-wide operating anti-drone network, which would not only operate in Europe but also in the Middle East and even east Asia. The exchange, which occurred in August 2025, contained slides describing the concept and provided maps. This defense network, which would have been made up by 20 million drones, a multi-layer capability and assert „American drone dominance“, would have been capable to counter even the Shahed waves, which are harassing the Middle East right now. The slides even explicitly contained warnings that Iranian regime is improving its drone capabilities. It all has been dismissed by the Trump administration back in August 2025, which - incidentally - was also the exact time Putin was invited to Alaska. The US and many countries in the Middle East countries are now rushing to implement a defense network, with Ukrainian help.

In relation to the recent statements by Congresswoman @RepLuna, the Embassy is always ready to provide fact-based information. Some facts: ☑️With deeds, not words, Ukraine fosters a diverse religious landscape. We have over 30,000 registered religious organizations, many of which cannot operate in Russia. Only the one with ties to Moscow speaks about persecutions. ☑️From 2022 to 2025, 1,378 religious communities decided to change their canonical and organizational subordination. It’s their right. Some communities are divided; those tensions are exploited by Russian propaganda. Ukraine is a democracy; all disputes will be resolved through the courts. ☑️The activities of the Russian Church pose a direct national security threat. It is the Church that publicly supports war. Ukrainian law does not restrict religious beliefs, worship, or doctrine; it prohibits the ties with this organization. Regarding the letter from the person who is under trial: those claims do not withstand even basic fact-checking. In the entire Ukrainian penitentiary system, there are around 34,600 inmates. There are no political prisoners. As a state in war, Ukraine works to hinder the activities of persons acting in the enemy’s interests. But everyone has the ability to defend themselves in court.

Today’s announcement that HHS is altering the U.S. childhood vaccine schedule without a transparent process or clear scientific justification represents the latest reckless step in @SecKennedy’s assault on national vaccine infrastructure. Our statement: idsociety.org/news--publicat…

Russia is at it again, using dangerous statements to undermine all achievements of our shared diplomatic efforts with President Trump's team. We keep working together to bring peace closer. This alleged "residence strike" story is a complete fabrication intended to justify additional attacks against Ukraine, including Kyiv, as well as Russia’s own refusal to take necessary steps to end the war. Typical Russian lies. Furthermore, the Russians have already targeted Kyiv in the past, including the Cabinet of Ministers building. Ukraine does not take steps that can undermine diplomacy. To the contrary, Russia always takes such steps. This is one of many differences between us. It is critical that the world doesn’t stay silent now. We cannot allow Russia to undermine the work on achieving a lasting peace.

The United States should provide Ukraine with sufficient military capabilities to deter a renewed Russian assault and, if necessary, defeat it with overwhelming force. The U.S. must not pressure Ukraine to take any actions legitimizing or recognizing the temporary occupation of Ukrainian territory by Russia. Congress should ratify a mutual defense treaty with Ukraine. Frozen Russian state assets should be transferred to Ukraine to support reconstruction and recovery. All Ukrainian prisoners of war and civilian detainees, including abducted children, must be released and returned home. Russia cannot be granted amnesty for the war crimes and crimes against humanity it has committed. This is the way.

The fate of Europe (and Ukraine) today is in the hands of Belgium 🇧🇪. It can either use the $300 billion in frozen Russian assets (with backing from other European nations) to fund the defense of Ukraine. Or it can hand them over to be administered by Trump as part of the Witkoff-Dmitriev pact to force Ukraine into surrender. First time Belgium plays such a pivotal role in history since 1914. Is it ready?

The Ukrainian Congress Committee of America (UCCA), the representative organization of over 2 million Americans of Ukrainian descent, calls on all branches of the United States government to reject this coercive and abusive framework in its entirety. Policies that enable or normalize genocide have no place in the public conduct of a democratic nation. Ukraine must receive support toward a just peace that preserves its sovereignty, protects its citizens, and strengthens the security of the transatlantic community.

Lavrov showing up in a USSR tshirt is not the boast he believes it is. Though his intention was to insult President Trump on 🇺🇸 soil, he reminds us all of the absolute failure and pathetic nature of the USSR. Thank God for freedom!

Call me old school, but I do not want my country to ally with an imperialist dictator who starts needless wars, slaughters innocent civilians, lets his soldiers rape women and girls and pillage occupied lands, and kidnaps children. Putin is not a "good guy."

This overwhelmingly bipartisan sanctions bill shows powerful support for Ukraine in its fight against Russia’s murderous assault. I’m proud to lead it.

Today in Bucha, I said that we all want to end this war as soon as possible, with guaranteed security, lasting peace, and dignity. What does “with dignity” mean? That Russia must not gain any benefit from this war, and must not evade just accountability for what it has done.
