I didn’t expect an almost 100% attendance. it was a wednesday. it was after dark. after work. 🔥 But 50 non technical women showed up and by the end of the night, every single one of them had gone from ‘never installed cursor/claude code’ to ‘i have a working workflow.’ that’s @buildafterdark_ Endlessly proud of what we’re creating here with the most incredible mentors, sponsors, and honestly just my coolest friends. @anapischl @loclug @hrlomax We are going to be here for a really long time. There's a version of my career/life where I stayed in realm of coaching and helping people heal their bodies. Safe. Respected. Predictable....but something was missing and I needed to expand my reach without fully knowing where I was headed. So I followed the thread from coaching --> founding --> selling, and somehow ended up with a front row seat to the entire product lifecycle at the exact moment AI is rewriting all of it. Biggest takeaway? Always trust your gut! Even if things don't seem to make sense along the way. I'll take the non-linear path every time!

When we asked folks in our networks to be mentors and teachers for @buildafterdark_, we also wanted to make sure they felt comfortable working together when the series started. This past weekend, we hosted a small meet-up for those folks to come together, thank them for their time, and answer any lingering questions. Such great conversations and food.
