@SecCardona Before PSLF can be even looked at DoE has to follow the law to separate JCSLs even w 20+ years service. In the meantime I’m told to wait and required to continue pay unti DoE does there job, because there’s no payment pause for JCSL. @SC_DoUsPart

@mstratford Some FFEL borrowers didn’t have option to consolidate into the Direct Loan program to access any federal relief or protections. Congress passed the Joint Consolidation Loan Separation Act S1098 & @POTUS signed into law but @usedgov has done nothing, not even a pause! @SC_DoUsPart

@SenSchumer @POTUS Joint Spousal Loan holders need help. We got the bill passed, yet we still can't separate our loans. We can't qualify for anything. We get no relief. Many remain on the hook for uncooperative and abusive spouses' portions. Make DoE follow the law. @SC_DoUsPart

@kcraftbekind @SC_DoUsPart And if it’s too complicated to implement the Joint Consolidation Loan Separation Act - please just set us free. We’ve more than repaid the original balance already some have paid 2-3x over the original loan.
