@LoneStarLegendX I don’t think India or Africa can be fixed in the way we think because of their beliefs. They live like that by choice, when they come here they create the same filth to live in.The people need to clean up their own streets, towns and waterways in those countries.

So, let me get this straight Africa’s most prosperous countries at one point and India were both run by The British, aka “white people”. But, since they left and gave the countries back to the locals they turned into a complete POS. And, these Indians and Africans want to not only mass migrate to the land of ‘white people’ they hate but they’re doing so because the countries they control are literal shit holes.. Then, on top of that we have to change our laws to make our country look more like the shit hole country they fucked up and fled? Make it make sense.

Court just let Tata Consulting Services off the hook for alleged H-1B visa fraud… on a technicality. A whistleblower sued the massive Indian outsourcing giant under the False Claims Act. He claimed TCS used cheaper visas and underpaid foreign workers to dodge higher government fees and taxes. 5th Circuit’s ruling? No “established obligation” to pay the higher H-1B fees …because they never actually applied for those visas. Even if the allegations are true, the legal loophole wins. This is exactly why the H-1B system is rigged in favor of big outsourcing firms and against American workers. America First means closing these scams …not letting them slide on technicalities. @HarmeetKDhillon @USCISJoe @TheJusticeDept @USDOL @SecScottBessent #H1BAbuse #AmericaFirst

Here is an article by Law 360 Please notice what the judge stated.. "At bottom, while Tata was obligated under federal law to apply for accurate visas, its duty to pay higher fees was contingent on first applying for visas that required those fees," U.S. Circuit Judge Cory T. Wilson wrote in the court's" No ramifications for using the wrong visas. @SanDiegoKnight The judges are complicit as well as politicians in this visa fraud. It has to stop. When will they be investigated and taken down. All of them needs to answer for this sell-out of our country to foreigners for $$$$. I guess these traders don’t care about their own families? 🤬🤬

@bofrench If the visa fraud is ending why do we have to stand around and talk about it. Send the foreigners home. Americans are sick of the lies and our country being taken over by this fraud.

Kudos to Indians for reaching C-suite dominance. As with any paradigm shift, they must recognize that the end of an era is fast approaching and plan their exit strategy. H-1B and the whole alphabet soup of visas need an American First comprehensive overhaul. Our generosity has reached an end! Indian-origin executives now lead some of America’s most prominent tech companies—Microsoft (Satya Nadella), Alphabet/Google (Sundar Pichai), Adobe (Shantanu Narayen), IBM (Arvind Krishna), and dozens more. Relative to population share, this representation in high-tech leadership is extraordinary. Proponents celebrate it as a merit-based achievement. Skeptics see the natural endpoint of a 36-year network effect: once key technical roles and management pipelines are filled through visa sponsorship, internal hiring preferences reinforce the cycle. Supporters of the program point to innovation, economic growth, and the genuine talent of many Indian STEM graduates. They argue the U.S. simply does not produce enough domestic workers in certain fields. Critics counter with data showing stagnant wages in IT occupations for Americans with similar qualifications, declining enrollment signals from U.S. students who see the field as unstable, and repeated congressional testimony about abuse. After 36 years—since the H-1B program’s inception in 1990 and the documented bodyshopping surge in the mid-1990s—the Trojan horse is no longer concealed inside the gates. The scale of the shift, the consistency of the visa dominance, and the resulting leadership transformation speak for themselves. Whether policymakers treat this as a success story or a cautionary tale about unintended (or intended) consequences will determine the next chapter of American tech employment. For many U.S. workers who watched their industry change around them, the verdict has been clear for decades: this was never just about filling temporary gaps.

@brain_stimulus Well if they have mastered this ability and can teach this ability why do they live in filth in their own country? Maybe they need to sweep off their own porches and clean up their own spaces?

“Why are we still flooding tech with hundreds of thousands of H-1B workers… right as AI is about to wipe out 50% of those jobs?” Tucker Carlson nails the insanity: “We’re bringing in hundreds of thousands of H-1B visa workers — mostly from India — into tech jobs… at exactly the moment experts are warning us that AI will eliminate 50% or more of those jobs in the next few years. Why would you do that? Why have any immigration at all into a country that’s about to lose massive numbers of high-paying jobs?” This isn’t filling a “shortage.” It’s deliberate replacement of American workers. America First means American workers first. Time to end the scam. @realDonaldTrump @Eric_Schmitt @tommcclintock @RepGregSteube @RepBrandonGill
