He dropped out of school in 2023, overstayed his student visa, then acted as a courier in an international elder fraud ring — draining retirement accounts, stealing cash & gold, with co-conspirators back in India. They’ll call this another “isolated incident.” How many grandmas and grandpas have to lose their life savings before we admit the F-1/student visa pipeline is wide open to abuse? America First means protecting American seniors — not importing more fraud risks. Secure the visas. End the scams.

Understand this: If we do not deport them, the left will give them voting privileges as soon as they win. And then it's game over.

Supporters of the program point to innovation, economic growth, and the genuine talent of many Indian STEM graduates. They argue the U.S. simply does not produce enough domestic workers in certain fields. Critics counter with data showing stagnant wages in IT occupations for Americans with similar qualifications, declining enrollment signals from U.S. students who see the field as unstable, and repeated congressional testimony about abuse. After 36 years—since the H-1B program’s inception in 1990 and the documented bodyshopping surge in the mid-1990s—the Trojan horse is no longer concealed inside the gates. The scale of the shift, the consistency of the visa dominance, and the resulting leadership transformation speak for themselves. Whether policymakers treat this as a success story or a cautionary tale about unintended (or intended) consequences will determine the next chapter of American tech employment. For many U.S. workers who watched their industry change around them, the verdict has been clear for decades: this was never just about filling temporary gaps.
