What an honor to have a piece in the @BostonGlobe this morning. Massachusetts friends, I want to talk about what has happened to progressivism here in our fine commonwealth. We had a real chance to push state policies to the left. But this cancer of antisemitism has infected our movement. It’s not just losing us elections, it’s breaking us. Almost one in 20 people here are Jewish and a lot of them don’t trust our movement anymore. We need to aggressively excise this cancer. I am of course a Democrat, but when I had an opportunity to meet @DeatonforSenate at Brookline Day, I decided why not? I want to encourage candidates for federal office to come meet voters in Brookline. Whatever your politics, he was very friendly.
