@DrCatharineY Depends on which side of a time zone you live on. The time zones were made up for railroads, I'm not sure any science was involved.

The science strongly supports ending the twice-yearly clock changes. Where the debate begins is which time should be permanent. Most sleep and circadian experts favor permanent standard time, not permanent daylight saving time, because morning light is the strongest cue for aligning our biological clocks. As @hubermanlab has noted, we often confuse what feels good (later sunsets) with what is biologically optimal (earlier morning light).

The occupants aboard the aircraft included family members and friends of Capital Factory founder Joshua Baer who died in the crash. The aircraft also struck a vehicle traveling on Loop 20. Laredo Police Chief said the vehicle’s occupants were treated and released. Federal Aviation Administration personnel were on scene Wednesday together with the National Transportation Safety Board.

GOG-Games has announced that it is shutting down. (Not the official site) According to a message posted on the site, all operations have stopped, meaning there will be no new game uploads or updates. The site is expected to go offline in 90 days, with September 6 as the target date. The operator says the shutdown is a personal decision and not the result of legal pressure. They also said that the remaining donation funds, around €700 in Monero, will be donated to Torrminatorr.
