I believe it’s time for the USA to reevaluate the importance, or the necessity, for this country staying in NATO. After we were saddled with paying most of the expenses relating to NATO, Trump had to force the main NATO countries, England, France, Germany, and Italy to pay their fair shares in the support of NATO. They gave us zero support, even in just words, in supporting our war efforts in Iran. Maybe NATO is outdated. NATO was formed in order to protect those European countries from Russian incursion. Which amounts to American protection. Let’s see how that will play out if Russia becomes a threat in more ways than just oil.

I bet the French were glad the US didn’t say that in 1941.
