Hi @TeamStubHub I'm asking for your help with Order #630609597. Back in December, I bought 5 tickets for my family to attend the World Cup Round of 16 match in Philadelphia on July 4. Since then, we've planned an entire family trip around this game and have already purchased flights and hotel reservations. Over the past week, I've been told several different versions of what is happening with my tickets: → June 12: The seller didn't have the tickets and I would receive replacement options. → June 15: The seller was fine and my tickets would arrive soon. → June 16: The seller was unresponsive. → June 17: The tickets would arrive by July 1 because of FIFA restrictions. → June 19: The delivery date moved to July 3, and a manager acknowledged the seller's behavior appeared suspicious, but said nothing could be done until the day of the match. I'm honestly scared we're being forced to wait until the very last minute only to find out the tickets aren't coming. Every day that passes leaves my family with fewer options. I am currently being scammed for $3,300 while using @StubHub @TeamStubHub for tickets. I bought my father (life-long Flyers fan) tickets to a SUITE for $3,300 for his birthday for Game Four this Saturday (tomorrow). The tickets were purchased Wednesday (prior to Game Three) and then subsequently transferred into my StubHub account, added to my apple wallet and available in Ticketmaster app (I have screen recordings of everything). After the Flyers won game 3, tickets for Saturday in the same suite as mine skyrocketed to $2,000 a piece (I bought ours for $1,000 each). I immediately knew what was going to happen next. I got a notification Thursday afternoon saying my tickets had been added to a new apple wallet. The seller had transferred the tickets out of my possession to presumably re-sell them for more. I have now lost access to my tickets via StubHub, TicketMaster AND apple wallet. In calling customer support, they confirmed the seller had transferred the tickets back and told me they have given the seller 24 hours to return the tickets. The problem? The game is in 26 hours. I’m supposed to wait 24 hours to see if the person who scams me gives me my tickets back? I was told this is a “protocol” and they cannot break the protocol. They also added that we would get comparable tickets or a refund within 24-48 hours if the tickets were never transferred back. The seller is on the west coast, which puts this time frame AFTER the game starts. Again, this was described as a protocol that cannot be broken. I asked if we could just fast track the comparable ticket protocol and get new seats now instead of waiting to see if the person who scammed us gives our tickets back in 24 hours, in which again I was told isn’t possible because of the protocol. The most likely outcome of resolution based off StubHubs’ protocol is going to be waiting 24 hours to see if the person who scammed me for $3,300 gives me the tickets back (which probably won’t happen as the tickets most likely have been already re-sold) and then given their protocol timeframe, we will only be able to get a refund as the game will have already started, so we cannot get comparable tickets. I tried reaching out via DMs and replies in which they HID my reply under their post (see screenshot). I am beyond disappointed in the way this situation is being handled. I hope this can be resolved and my parents can enjoy a @NHLFlyers playoff game.

@BradGalli @StubHub Don’t hold your breath waiting for StubHub to to do anything. They are the absolute worst at customer service. I had an email from them indicating my ticket sale went thru and never got paid after hours of phone calls and emails.

Nightmare experience with @StubHub from the men’s national championship that keeps getting worse. We bought the tickets for the national semifinals and national championship in one purchase. Stubhub sent us the tickets for the semis, but never sent the championship tickets. They refuse to pay us back. It’s been ugly. The @LucasOilStadium box office team confirmed before the game the tickets were never associated with our email address, and encouraged us to ask @TeamStubHub for help or a refund. The stadium staff said it would be quickly taken care of. I have spent hours on the phone, and longer chatting online. No resolution. They keep moving the field goal posts including claims that we should have reached out sooner (we did), and then ask me to drop my Amex case against them. We never got the championship game tickets. My wife and kids stood outside most of the first half and we had to buy other tickets. @TeamStubhub didn’t help that day, that night, or in the days since. Anybody know how to get real help from them?

@JBoudouris The same exact thing happened to me with First Four tickets in 2025. They kept emailing/calling saying the buyer didn’t have the tickets. StubHub gave me 3 different emails to use. I also received a confirmation that the tickets were transferred but never got paid.

For anyone who uses StubHub to buy/sell tickets, a cautionary post... I purchased four tickets to all three sessions of March Madness in St Louis on March 20 and 22 for $2000 total. When Illinois did not end up in the STL bracket, I sold the tickets on Stubhub on March 15...

Kwesi Adofo-Mensah will never get the credit he deserves for cleaning up the mess Rick Spielman left behind and providing really talented rosters for O'Connell and Flores. Whiffing on QB is basically unforgivable in the NFL though.
