Dear @NWSCMD, today is Day 9 and it appears to be okey for @nwscug. The pain we go through to love our country is tough yet we pay for these services. No effort just simple PR replies and that's it. Oba we speak to PLU! @DaudiKabanda @mkainerugaba to look into these matters.

Dear @NWSCMD. Another polite reminder, our pple are suffering due to an unexplained water shortage. No one is bothered that as we battle Ebola, we're on the verge of Cholera. Again being Eid Day, you can only imagine what people are using for ablution 🙆. Who cares? @DailyMonitor

I have complained severally here but @nwscug has completely turned a deaf ear to our cries. But they send bills every month, I wondering which bills are they sending yet we don't use their water?
