@hammer_mt Checkout the Kirkpatrick training evaluation model. I found it useful, if as you’ve pointed out, to understand why you’re not seeing a change in behaviour or results.

When I ran my agency I paid for 100 hours of team training per employee: they did CXL, Udemy, LinkedIn Learning, PluralSight, etc but I rarely saw any improvement in their work. Is everyone facing the same issue or is someone fairly confident they solved it? Would love to talk.
