This matter concerns Lt Gen S.P. Singh, who has allegedly exercised gross abuse of authority. The situation raises serious concerns about impartial justice, especially when his brother holds the position of Adjutant General of the Army and the family is known to be close to the Defence Minister. In such circumstances, it is a legitimate question whether justice can be expected when key institutions including Military Police, Medical Services, and JAG appear to be under pressure or influence, and when even statutory mechanisms like RTI and DV channels fall within the same chain of influence. The provisions under Regulations for the Army (Paras 316 and 317) and Army Order 4/2000, which mandate proper reporting of offences and action on formal complaints, were not followed. From the very beginning, there appears to have been deliberate suppression starting with destruction of CCTV evidence to construct a false narrative. Her medical condition, which had already worsened since Yol, was allegedly exploited, and she was subjected to forced treatment at a critical stage, seemingly to suppress evidence of injuries. All relevant material, including certified video evidence, was formally submitted through complaints to multiple authorities, yet no action has been taken. There has been complete silence even on RTI applications. The sustained pressure and harassment at this stage of life is deeply concerning and may have long-term psychological and neurological consequences for both of us. The sequence of events suggests a pattern that appears planned rather than incidental. After a clear conflict of interest arose, no corrective action was taken. Given my own stand on several issues concerning soldiers and government policies, there is a strong apprehension that this may be a form of indirect retaliation, using my wife as a target through a few individuals in uniform who have acted in a manner unbecoming of the service. Serious irregularities also emerge at the station level. The Station Commander at Yol was simultaneously functioning in a role involving contract execution and oversight (CWE-related functions), raising questions about propriety, conflict of interest, and accountability. The same officer later acted as the convening authority and allegedly influenced the inquiry process. The findings of the inquiry, which lacked proper statements and appeared manipulated, were selectively leaked to certain veterans and made viral, causing reputational damage. It seems the expectation was that the matter would remain contained but instead, it escalated. Ironically, commendations were awarded to those involved in the process, including staff, legal advisors, and the Divisional Commander. My wife, a strong and dedicated officer, has been deeply affected something I have never witnessed before. Our son, growing up, has become an unintended witness to these events, watching the erosion of values he should have been proud of. Many veterans, though aware, have chosen silence whether out of personal interest or other pressures. Due to her condition, I have had to remain by her side for extended periods to support her treatment and recovery. Despite everything, she will recover and continue to fight. There are still many upright officers and soldiers in the organisation who have quietly shared documents that reveal the truth. However, even access to such information has been denied under RTI. Her salary has been stopped, adding further hardship. At times, the situation feels surreal resembling narratives of injustice seen only in films. Yet this is our lived reality. Not a single senior officer has reached out to seek the truth or provide answers. After 21 years of dedicated service, this is what has been handed to us. But ultimately, there is only one life and it must be lived with truth and courage. AT THE END QUESTION REMAINED UNANSWERD : HUMNE KIYA KYA HAI? JISKA ANSWER UNKE PASS NAHEE HAI.

SAVE WOMEN. SAVE HER DIGNITY. @NCWIndia @India_NHRC @cbic_india @NIMHgov @DefenceMinIndia @SupriyaShrinate @MahuaMoitra @KanganaTeam @INCIndia @BJP4India @adgpi @westerncomd_IA @manaman_chhina — Is this fear or failure? A senior officer is asking a married woman to leave her husband, instead of addressing her complaints. Is this the standard of leadership expected from a General? He refuses to act on criminal acts committed under his command, including: Abuse of authority Suppression of CCTV footage Outraging the modesty of a woman inside a family ward Harassment of a patient undergoing treatment We approached the Lower Court, then the High Court, yet instead of justice, she faces more torture and intimidation. The General quotes false policies, misleads for promotions, and acts as a yes-man to Lt Gen Manoj Katiyar. Where is the accountability? The Chief has time for public functions, but when it comes to protecting Betiyaan in uniform, there is silence. @PMOIndia @narendramodi — Is this the reality of Beti Bachao? SHAME. SHAME. SHAME.
