He could have been one of the undeniable goats after becoming the first two-belt champ in UFC history, but he never defended either title, chased the money boxing vs Mayweather, and had both belts stripped. Came back two years after leaving and ran into a buzz saw in Khabib. I wanted to see him do much more.

A while back I was going through old family documents and found a Western Union telegram my grandfather Jack sent right after being discharged from the army. He’d been in London when the war broke out and hadn’t seen his father in years. Not a particularly interesting telegram either, just writing to inform he’s been discharged from the military. It was sent to his father, William Felman, at 55 West 25th Street. Which sent me into a state of shock as at the time I quite literally was living at the *same address* Out of every address in New York, that one. I looked it up there are more than 40,000 addresses in Manhattan. I don’t really know what to do with that. Had never shared this story but it’s become foundational, as now I can’t shake the feeling we do live in a simulation

Last cycle no one really owned any Bitcoin because they didn't think it could get to $100K and they wanted more upside - so they bought $ETH as beta - then BTC out performed because everyone owned ETH already, there were only sellers waiting. No one chasing, no new capital. ETH underperformed. Solana was written off last bear market because of being SBF and FTX adjacent. As such, no one held $SOL, so Solana out performed. This cycle no one owns $ETH because they believe in memecoins more for rapid returns - and that's SOL territory historically. So if ETH is underowned, will everyone eventually chase and it becomes the outperformer? Don't know but: > ETH/BTC looks nice across the 3M > Tom Lee is ETH's Saylor (without the ponzi's) > Underowned by CT (first time almost ever) > Still got ETF's (+staked ETF's) > Robinhood launched own L2 > Seemingly constant institutional deployments on ETH (OUSD) I'm cautiously optimistic given that everyone's bags are BTC, HYPE and SOL.

I think the only useful advice right now is to get jacked. All this fugazi computer laptop job work is utterly cooked, blue collar will follow shortly after. Just get jacked and take the piss out of your laptop job until the inevitable demise. By 2035 the median human will not be working. This is the last decade of work as we know it.

The biggest thing holding bittensor:native back is not the tech. It is that nobody can actually buy the subnets. Alpha tokens only trade against TAO. That is protocol design, not an exchange choice. Same structure as early crypto, when every alt traded in BTC pairs and you had to buy BTC first to buy anything else. The difference however is exchanges broke BTC pairing by listing USD pairs. dTAO cannot be broken that way. Every alpha purchase routes through TAO by construction. Structural demand, permanently wired in. But only if the pipes get built. The missing piece is the liquidity map. Stables in, intelligent routing through TAO, alpha out, slippage managed against thin subnet pools. Whoever builds that owns the front door to the entire ecosystem. @krakenfx just became the first major exchange to integrate dTAO natively, with seven subnet tokens on its listings roadmap. The abstraction layer is starting. Retail will click buy in stables and never know they routed through TAO. That is the unlock.
