@nextofficial really disappointed - ordered outfit and then trousers delayed by a week so ordered a 2nd outfit and it got mishandled by courier #Evri and no attempt to redeliver today despite being told it would. Outfit for an event tonight.
Your customer service team were unhelpful - unable to give any assurances and offered a £5 gift card as compensation! They couldn’t even contact the depot despite saying my items were there. What sort of service is this?

@FlyLoganair flight to Southampton from EDI cancelled last night. Booked onto 10:30 flight today. Now delayed by 4 hours. Can you tell us why? Communication on this has been awful. Impossible to find staff airside as well.

@SkyHelpTeam Hello! For some reason the issue resolved itself. Was my broadband. It’s done it a couple of times - December 19 and September 19. Not sure why. Was worried it was going to be a bigger issue and during lockdown that’s a nightmare! Thanks though
