My suitcase made it after 120 hours being stuck with @British_Airways at @HeathrowAirport. It was supposed to come with priority as I competed 2 days ago. No update until last night - let the compensation fun begin!

@British_Airways flew to Denmark last Friday for a wedding Saturday/sunday. You’ve did not deliver our suitcases with all our suits & wedding dresses. We arrived back to UK last Sunday & we have now received a notification that you are sending our suitcases today…..to Denmark!

@British_Airways I've had 15 fake British Airways customer service accounts follow me. One I DM my number only for a form for compensation to fill in. I didn't fill in the form and Richard who later called himself Peter became quite angry. Please be very careful. BritishA_help_6 is a scam

Unlike most I did actually manage to speak to someone at @British_Airways but it was a complete waste of time. Elderly parents abroad without ANY luggage and can’t phone BA so gave me details including reference number. Call handler refused to speak as I’m not the passenger.

@Totallyrad5 @British_Airways Things go wrong with any major airline. What @British_Airways fail to realise is that it then becomes about how you deal with the customer. If you show constantly that you just don’t care then they will be very angry, and rightly so! Hopeless airline these days.

I hope @British_Airways will be offering partial or full refunds to passengers whose holidays have been ruined by missing baggage. Reimbursing essential items alone doesn’t make up for lost time, stress, and trips people have spent thousands on.

@RR_605 @British_Airways Yes - would definitely feel more relieved knowing it’s not in the possession of @British_Airways anymore. Mine still says: “Searching…” despite being flagged as priority. They have invalidated my whole trip so will definitely seek compensation for all the damage.

@British_Airways We travelled from Edinburgh to Palma yesterday. Sat on the plane for over 2 hours to be told that too much fuel had been put in the plane making it too heavy and the only solution was to remove bags. We watched both our bags be removed from the plane…
