@British_Airways Emerald OneWorld status here. You lost my baggage yesterday at LHR. No response, no one answers calls, your website baggage page is down, lost baggage report has no updates. How are you still accepting flights into LHR today if baggage system is still down?

@British_Airways @British_Airways How can I update my address for bag delivery? Your online system through Aero doesn't allow that option. You are not answering your baggage claim help phone number (you simply auto hang-up on customers). Now you see why everyone is furious with you.

@British_Airways @AmericanAir @British_Airways by updates, do you mean the “we’re searching for your bags” that hasn’t changed since we filed the missing bag report over two days ago? People are frustrated because this is a non-update. You took the bag off the plane Friday and haven’t even scanned it.
