@British_Airways BA486 cancelled and moved onto BA406 but from Club Europe to Europe Traveler. Do I get refunded difference? I booked with Avios and spent 5 hours in Heathrow Airport 🫠

@FiveGuysUK I was in your Kings Cross restaurant today with my mother and someone came in, distracted us and tried to steal my phone. Not a nice experience. Please have word with your team about security.. I shouldn’t have to worry about theft whilst trying to enjoy a family meal
