@porterit_ I had booked an order for PNM11447724 on 3rd May and on 4th May I was informed that the partner assigned to me is refusing the order. It's 5th May and at the time of writing this post more than 4 hours past my shifting time no replacement is assigned to me.

@porterit_ please improve your customer service.. one of the worst experiences… order # PNM09892400 should be reviewed .. order has not been fulfilled since April 27th.. waited at the pickup location for hours but no one turned up.. called customer service several times, no use!
