I’m just surprised they didn’t tell FCC that’d they given you equipment to try to resolve the issue. Seems like a major stonewall

@pejacoby @optimum @OptimumHelp @AlticeUSA @FCC But look at this way … their modem won’t let me see signals and errors - if I allowed that or took their modem that I don’t want cuz it’s a router and WiFi that I don’t need - it will not get them to fix their system.

Friendly reminder that @optimum @OptimumHelp @AlticeUSA doesnt have a CABLE MODEM that meets your needs, you can go ahead and use your own, but they refuse to guarantee that it will work. what level of @FCC failure to allow customers to use their own equipment?
