@polietzz @MAFtracker Is basic peacetime patrolling with gun only ships a mission TLDM still wants to do in the future? Or will TLDM want a modern 40-60m multi-role ship, something that can enhance the warfighting capability of TLDM Frigates and Corvettes?

We see our home planet as a whole, lit up in spectacular blues and browns. A green aurora even lights up the atmosphere. That's us, together, watching as our astronauts make their journey to the Moon.

@DzirhanDefence "Buat masa ini tiada (keperluan) dan tiada arahan dari pihak kerajaan setakat ini, tetapi ATM sentiasa bersedia jika diarahkan,” - PAT I hope they don't plan on sending a "sam-less" ship to the Persian Gulf.🙂‍↕️

31 MAR 2026 @CopernicusEU #Sentinel1 🛰️📷 This RADAR image shows the scale of the Eastern Out of Port Limits (EOPL) anchorage off Johor, Malaysia. ~2000 sqkm. There are about 220 vessels detected here and only about 160 correlate to an AIS signal, implying that about 60 vessels are not broadcasting AIS. This is where the Dark Fleet of illicit tankers operate and conduct ship-to-ship (STS) transfers of sanctioned oil, almost all bound for US-sanctioned "Tea pot refineries" in 🇨🇳. Most of it is US-sanctioned 🇮🇷🛢️with increasing amounts of EU-sanctioned 🇷🇺🛢️, and some lingering cargoes of 🇻🇪🛢️ The majority of the tankers that operate here are substandard and avoid Port State Control. Many are falsely-flagged and stateless. How many of them comply with MARPOL convention, which protects the environment from Oil Pollution? Why are these substandard ships allowed to sail and conduct illicit operation with total impunity, avoiding all oversight and regulation? Why do the coastal states tolerate this level of environment and security risk in their waters? At some point, there will be a disaster. It is only a matter of time. With so much oil, being shipped by belligerents in two ongoing wars, why is this area being willfully ignored and overlooked by the vary states that will suffer the consequences of a major accident or event attack? The amount of accumulated risk here is staggering. @TankerTrackers @ed_fin @JemimaShelley @UANI @mercoglianos @cdrsalamander @amcoren @brentdsadler @MarcusHand1 @isaacyeephoto @tldraanan @CollinSLKoh @ChongJaIan @GordianKnotRay
