Congratulations to Teresa Spivey, a graduate of Foundry’s 2-year Mining Engineer Fellowship program where fellows gain hands-on experience installing, de-racking, troubleshooting, and repairing crypto mining equipment across the United States. As Teresa continues to contribute to Foundry’s growth, she shared a few words about the program: “The fellowship was a great hands-on learning experience. I was never involved with crypto so I came in to learn something new, and ended up learning about more than just the industry. I also learned the people side of things. Building relationships and communicating with different people, I’m leveraging my hands-on technical skills and people skills to support various parts of the business—from HR and Site Operations to Repair and Deploy.”
