@Dyson I've had the worst customer service today. Vacuum won't work and after waiting 30 mins in a call queue, they hung up and didn't call back. Chat agent asked me to repeat info I'd typed many times and didn't help, refused to transfer me to supervisor or schedule callback

@donlayman you can't "tolerate" vegans not eating meat for moral reasons?! WHAT? watch what you say on the air old man. I am morally better than people who eat factory farmed animals & are ok w/ torturing animals in the process. FFS!

@lyft getting v annoyed with the bait/ switch tactic often. Today checked Uber to get to airport - 11 min pickup time so checked Lyft - 4 min to pickup. So booked Lyft obviously. Within seconds was re-booked to another driver 7 min away, and again to another 11 min away! Wtf?

@Roku this is my 4th or 5th attempt to get help in a single morning. Phone support has been abysmal in helping me with a 30-day HBO max offer ROKU sent me that I can't seem to redeem! Perhaps the social team is more qualified with marketing offers and how to honor them!!!

Colleague flying between NYC-India & has 7 meal options on @AmericanAir. I am flying the same route on @united & was told to bring my own veggie food for the 16 hour flight cause they only offer meat-based meals! Why? "due to covid" - that skipped all other American carriers!

About to take a 16 hour-flight on @united and was told "due to Covid" there is only one meal option (animal-based) on board. When asked what a vegetarian like me should do, they said "bring your own food"!! Way to be discriminatory / exclusionary @weareunited

@ApricoatHq I want to return my v2 coat...it did not come with several features the video promised, not even the inflatable hood. It's impossible to get support - days before anyone replies!
