I had/have a similar issue and you at AIR INDIA say that the travel company (in this case @makemytrip) will revert , but they & you do not have the courtesy to call & revert & inform status of our 2 refunds .. they only ask for details @makemytrip @makemytripcare .. to time to approach the @civilaviation ministry ?

Travel Date - 8 Mar(PNR: 7CMDN3) Abu dhabi to Kolkata (via Mumbai). Promised full refund in 24–48 hrs. Been almost a month -No refund,no email Multiple calls→ same reply: “backend team @airindia @AirIndiaX @DGCAIndia Pls check and initiate the refund ASAP. Details in attachment
