A lot of players & parents are getting bad advice about college baseball.
Dream big. Have goals. Nothing wrong with that.
But there also has to be some reality involved.
Some families are spending thousands on camps/showcases at schools that were never recruiting them.

The average high school head football coach stipend is around $7,000. Fluctuating heavily For that, they’re expected to coach year-round, run a program, mentor kids, manage parents, recruit their own halls, fundraise, break down film, coordinate staffs, and be available almost 24/7. Football coaches are grossly underpaid for what we ask of them.

My bill is simple: you get 5 consecutive years to play 5 seasons and you get 1 transfer.
After that, if you transfer again, you sit out a year.
