Oh snap! I started digging into the Medicaid data released by @DOGE_HHS, looking for spending patterns around Chicago. Until 2022, "Clinical Labs" accounted for $44M out of $6.1B, or less than 1% of all Chicago Medicaid spending. Of the top 20 NEW Medicaid recipients in Chicago that started after 2022, 13 are clinical labs. $69M total. These are clinics that mostly provide COVID testing (code U0003, 62 labs, $44M) and molecular pathology (87913 10 labs, $29M) services. Their new clinical labs that started after 2022, per the public NPI registry: CL Labs — $11.0M Charles Levy — 6288 N Cicero Rainbow Lab — $9.7M Mahmood K. Syed — 4001 W Devon Adnan Lab — $8.4M Mohammed H. Qureshi — 4719 W Lawrence Baha Laboratories — $6.7M Baha Alak — 687 N Milwaukee SH Diagnostics — $5.9M Safiuddin Sultani — 3525 W Peterson Medicare Lab Services — $5.8M Ayesha Khan — 5659 N Lincoln AZA Labs — $5.0M Mohammed Siddiqui — 4801 W Peterson Espoir Lab — $4.3M Muhammad Khan — 6257 N Clark FA 1st Solutions — $3.6M Imran Salim — 3425 W Peterson AIM One — $3.4M Junaid Mohammed — 6336 N Cicero Optima Medical — $1.9M Imtiyaz Pasha — 4539 N Sheridan Test Liberty — $1.9M Mukram Shaik — 2247 W Devon Being Human Medical — $1.7M Anoop Mamtani — 6027 N Cicero Sources: HHS Medicaid Provider Spending Dataset + CMS NPPES NPI Registry ....notice a pattern?? 🤔 @Terrynewsome @mrstealyourwig1 @Dannic44 @FlipChicagoRed @SubxNews

@JennyGooz @BriannaWu I think a lot of the 18-24 year olds (the ones I'm most concerned about,) think voting is a waste of time, and are working to bring about a violent revolution.

@BriannaWu Chicago resident here. I think our abysmal turnout is one factor. In other words, we got lucky the 18-24 year olds really didn’t show up. I think it would’ve been a different outcome if they had. The normies that do exist mostly did turnout.

Honest question for republicans. Chicago is a very Democratic city. You think of Democrats as hijacked by extremists. But the truth is, progressives were wiped out last night. They lost literally every race. Could it be that we’re less extreme than your media is telling you?

@elonmusk I like how fast it is. I have a few claw instances in slack together, and grok is noticeably faster. But one thing, he kinda hallucinates stuff, says hell do something but won't. Strange.

Kat Abu is in 3rd place in Suburban Cook, and 3rd place in Lake County. Without significantly improving + nuclear Chicago numbers, she is going to absolutely flop in IL-09. Too early to dance on her grave but.... I TOLD YOU the picture on the ground was different than hell app

@redshiftpress @Williamjkelly If they wear a mask because they are sick, fine. If they wear a mask because they think it will protect them, fine. Either way, it doesn’t affect you, let it go.

We need to clean up the Illinois GOP. The fact that people like @MarcusFor53787 ran in Congressional District 1 and secured the nomination in 2024 BLOWS my mind. Did no one research him at all? This is so sad! We have to look into candidates. Never ignore THIS many red flags!

'm not complaining about a stupid medical mask,I'm complaining about cultists that are using this as a means of signaling being in the in-group. The communist gathering that I mentioned infiltrating had like 80 people all wearing masks in there. Are you not able to identify obviously cultish behavior? Like imagine a typical retail bookstore packed to the brim with people, and all of them are wearing masks. Shit's weird, and I wouldn't care that much, but they were literally discussing how to overthrow the US government while I was there. So my main issue with them is that they're communists, not that they wear masks (in fact, I appreciate the masks, because I can instantly tell when they're total retards when I'm out in public, and can treat them as such -- again, because they're communists, not because they're wearing a mask).

@JustHubbub @redshiftpress @Williamjkelly Agree. I think it’s stupid myself, but holy shit people that complain about a stupid medical mask are the true retards. It’s not that fucking serious. Let people look stupid if they want, why the hell do you care this much to complain lol

I strongly suspect that many of the foundational problems at xAI were kept hidden from Elon until very recently. There were layers to the iceberg, and he (unfortunately) only saw the parts above water. Those of us who were further down saw the cracks but were told to shut up.

Grok 4.20 Heavy (Beta 2) is extremely fast for deep analysis. Beta 3 will have many fixes and functionality gains.
Artificial Analysis@ArtificialAnlys

The Grok 4.20 Beta shows three major improvements over Grok 4: ➤ Our lowest ever hallucination rate on the AA-Omniscience evaluation. When Grok did not know the answer, it hallucinated an incorrect answer 22% of the time - this is the lowest hallucination rate of any model we have tested, topping Claude Haiku 4.5 (25%) ➤ Top scores for instruction following and prompt adherence. On IFBench, Grok 4.20 takes the #1 spot with 82.9% - a +29.2 point increase on Grok 4 ➤ Leading speed for its intelligence. At 265 tokens per second output speed on xAI’s API, Grok 4.20 is significantly faster than its peer and over 2x the output speed seen from Grok 4.1 Fast Congratulations to @xai and @elonmusk on the 4.20 Beta 0309 launch!

It's the same for mechanical engineering. If you want to build a locomotive, don't sweat the metallurgy and the thermodynamics, just prompt, baby... prompt! If you're a fast learner, or a good gamer, or grew up near train tracks, that's ALL you need. In fact, not knowing that locomotives use wheels could be an advantage. You're just a boiler explosion away from revealing your "true grit", which is the measure that software engineers have traditionally rated each other with.
a16z@a16z

"Not having a coding experience is becoming an advantage." Replit CEO Amjad Masad: "You don't need any development experience. You need grit. You need to be a fast learner." "If you're a good gamer, if you can jump in a game and figure it out really quickly, you're really good at this." "Coders get lost in the details." "Product people, people who are focused on solving a problem, on making money, they're going to be focused on marketing, they're going to be focused on user interface, they're going to be focused on all the right things." "I think this year it's gonna flip, and I think not having a coding background is gonna be more advantageous for the entrepreneur." @amasad with @jackhneel
