@daltonbrewer Cybercab is efficient but certainly not aesthetically pleasing. Of course some only see a pot of gold. lol

@manateenative2 Not worth it, the move is Arizona and New Mexico. Head that way. 👍🏼

@DevinOlsenn @DavidMoss Thank you for the transparency and the balanced report of your journey. Anyone who’s ever built and sold a product knows you need the good and the bad.

Transparency is really important to us while we do this whole drive. We love sharing all the incredible moments with FSD but there’s also some quirks to talk about too!
After nearly two full days of driving this was definitely the “worst” FSD performed - and it just shows that navigation is still a weakness for the software.
We were able to get the car to find and back in at the charger, but it wasn’t pretty - anyone doing this normally and not going for an intervention free drive across the country would almost certainly have disengaged.
The positive news! Since then we’ve have some amazing moments with construction, traffic flaggers, and animals on the road…. All of that will be shared soon.
Spencer@scotsrule08
Stop #10 on the Canadian coast-to-coast autonomous drive was definitely one of the trickier ones. Getting to the charger was a bit of an adventure. The car skipped it multiple times, which sent us wandering around a mall parking lot and garage before we finally got it to park at the charger. Not perfect, but we kept the autonomy streak alive and met @candaceannerudd and @carterbiles at the charger. Thank you for coming out! Big thanks to our sponsors @EVject @TesCamStudio, FSD-Merch.com and @DriveTeslaca @DavidMoss @DevinOlsenn

@SMB_Attorney Everybody go to Orlando, he’s right. Don’t move to the coast please. Thanks 😁

Central Florida gets a bad rap, but the data and reality says otherwise.
You could make a serious argument that Orlando is one of the best places in America to live right now.
The Orlando metro was the fastest-growing large metro in the country last year, adding roughly 76,000 new residents in a single year with 2.7% population growth.
And people aren’t moving to “Orlando.”
They’re moving to incredible places like Horizon West, Winter Park, and Lake Nona.
Horizon West exploded from ~14,000 residents in 2010 to nearly 75,000 in 2025 and has become one of the fastest-growing master planned communities in the country.
Lake Nona has transformed into a legitimate innovation and health-tech hub with Medical City, UCF’s medical campus, biotech investment, autonomous transit programs, and one of the most ambitious mixed-use developments in the country.
Winter Park gives you a completely different vibe, walkable streets, lakes, great restaurants, Rollins College, old Florida charm, and household incomes north of $130k for families.
People talk about the heat, but the reality is Orlando has 8-9 months a year with incredible weather while much of the country is dealing with snow, gray skies, or brutal winters.
And then there’s lifestyle.
You get lake living almost year round.
World-class golf.
Boating.
Restaurants.
Professional sports.
And the #1 tourist corridor on earth sitting 20 minutes away whenever you actually want it. Disney, Universal, concerts, conventions, Michelin-level dining, events, all accessible without needing to live in the middle of it.
The business ecosystem is also way more developed than outsiders realize.
Deloitte, Lockheed Martin, EA Sports, Siemens, KPMG, Disney, and a growing tech + healthcare ecosystem all have major operations here. Orlando’s GDP is approaching $200B.
And MCO has quietly become one of the best airports in the country.
When I lived in Dallas and Denver, out-of-town visitors came every few months.
In Orlando, it’s basically every week.
People underestimate Central Florida because they associate it with tourism.
Meanwhile, a lot of us are over here wondering why more people haven’t figured it out yet.

Ferrari has just officially unveiled its first ever all-electric car, called the Ferrari Luce.
• Starting price: $640,000
• Interior co-designed with Apple's former head of design, Jony Ive
• Range: 280 miles (expected EPA)
• Peak charging speed: 350kW
• 122 kWh battery
• 1,050 horsepower
• 0-60mph: 2.4s
• 800v
• Four-door four-seater
• Four electric motors
• OLED screens
• Weight: 4,982 lbs
• Front motors spin to 30,000 rpm, rears hit 25,500 rpm
• Car uses an accelerometer to capture real vibrations from the electric motors & rear chassis. An algorithm filters out unpleasant frequencies and amplifies only the more “musical” sounds. This can be heard inside and outside the car.
• Paddle shifter on steering wheel changes how aggressively torque is delivered, with five different levels
• The trunk has 21.1 cubic feet of space, the largest luggage capacity the company has ever offered
• 197.6 inches long, about as long as a Tesla Model S
U.S. deliveries start in Q2 2027. More photos in the thread below:

@zachflipspages It was boring, plot was lazy and poorly written. Save your money people, watch it on D+ in a couple months.

Same thing happened to me at a 3 Lane stop- light turning on third street. It is unable to read the signs or markings on the pavement and picks the wrong lane. I did notice it seems to perform better at stoplight if cars are ahead of it possibly using them to make a decision.
It also can’t understand right turn on red at a stoplight when there’s two turning lanes. I received nice hand gestures from cars behind me. lol

Yesterday evening at Jacksonville Beach, FSD 14.3.3 on Model Y took nearly 3 minutes 👀 to make a simple left turn in light Sunday traffic. If I were a passenger in a Robotaxi, this would not feel like a confident or delightful experience. @wholemars @aelluswamy
@Tesla_AI @yunta_tsai please review.

@itskyleconner Agreed, I ike and use FSD but competition fosters innovation and influences price positively for the consumer. Open the floodgates

Great to see Rivian working on ADAS
No major improvements in UHF in a long time, other than charging $50/mo for I’m not sure what
Just took a FSD v14 road trip and completely blown away at how relaxing it was
We need competition in this space!

@KentuckyToc This is what stresses me out. I didn’t lose 24% of MPG after four years with my previous ICE vehicles. The biggest issue with EV’s is battery tech I hope we can make some strides and coming years. Even if the Chinese tech(CATL) has to be licensed.
English

@TheCaptainEli The only retailer I’ve seen in the states to properly police and manage their charging stalls is Buc-ee’s.
English

It’s really infuriating to see this kind of behavior.
People just don’t understand how important charging stations are. When cars park like this, it doesn’t update the system or inform drivers who are already on their way there and relying on the app’s routing to that location.
People need to stop parking in charging spots.

@DirtyTesLa Thanks for the thorough and honest feedback with your experience on 14.3.3

I found the sales crew in Jacksonville to be quite poor. I couldn’t deal with the incompetence so I ended up doing business with Sarasota. Dealership model stinks, but it’s not all roses with Tesla either. I think the trick is to be Chuck Cook. 😁
In all fairness my one interaction with service to get a chip fixed was quite positive.

@FSDyinzer I’m just going to wait for another iteration or two. Wish I could go back to 14.2.2.5.

FSD 14.3.3 150 miles in…good and bad. Read it or don’t. I don’t sugar coat things.
-FSD, twice, on the highway got the hell out of the way for 2 vehicles coming in hot while FSD was in the fast lane🥳. To me there seems to be a difference in FSD’s fast lane behavior. FSD will get out of the way ONLY when a car is really hauling ass behind you. On the flip side, if there are vehicles behind you in the fast lane who aren’t exactly barreling toward you but they’re basically following patiently waiting for you to get over, FSD still doesn’t have enough sense to move out of the way and will camp out in the fast lane. Left lane camping still very much exists on this build.
- On I-70, FSD in standard and hurry seemed to stay in the slow lane with an upcoming exit in less than 1.5 miles WHILE traffic in the slow lane began to slow up a bit. Normally, I would expect FSD to try to blow past the slower traffic regardless of an upcoming exit🥳
-I saw frequent stop sign hesitancy/indecisiveness when other vehicles were around. Specifically, steering wheel jerkiness + brake stabbing (Yes, I said STABBING). This happened WAY TOO MUCH. When no other vehicles were around I still saw a little indecisiveness during the “creep” stage. Feels like FSD is afraid to commit, but terrified if there are other cars around.
-Parking is still a coin flip. First 14.3.3 park job both left wheels were over the line at sheetz. Supercharger parking seemed okay as I expected. FSD had 3 other pretty good park jobs and 2 I had to take over for preference.
-3 instances of reversing out of a parking spot, FSD jammed on the brakes because it noticed people walking IN FRONT of the vehicle which doesn’t make much sense.
-FSD 14.3.2 became the first version to struggle and/or abandon making a RIGHT onto the road I live on. With 14.3.3, it now also struggles to make the LEFT onto the road I live on (I can’t win).
-Bird braking is maybe MORE horrible than 14.3.2. All the shit on my front passenger seat flew onto the floor during my initial 14.3.3 drive and BB happened 4 times so far. I’m officially paranoid if someone is behind me bc FSD may SLAM on the brakes at any moment.
-FSD still thinks TRUCK speed limit signs apply to FSD. Fast or slow lane, FSD’s reaction to the truck speed limit acts as a brake check for the people behind you. It’s harsh enough to jerk your head forward.
-Heading into an intersection where I needed to get into another lane, 3 times the steering wheel spazzed out like it was confused or afraid to commit to a lane (these instances were in areas I’ve never had a problem before).
-On back roads (especially with hills), FSD slows down waaaay too much around bends as well as when FSD is cresting a hill. If the speed limit is 35-40mph, FSD thinks the correct speed around an upcoming bend is around 20mph, so you have a problem and people behind you start getting annoyed. I’m not asking for FSD to speed or go nuts hugging tight turns. Just more realistic (and still safe) speeds around general bends. Also, if there are no upcoming turns, there is no reason to always brake while at the crest of a hill.
-Navigation still blows. Parking lot navigation still blows.
-FSD will still stop 50+ feet back from the edge of the road FOR a stop sign leaving you dead blind to cross traffic where as any normal sane human stops at the edge of the road, beyond the stop sign, to make their full initial and only full stop (with no white painted stopping line or crosswalk).
The 14.3.3 build seems afraid of many things. Too many things. And it lacks confidence in the areas I drive most which are backroads and suburbs containing many stop signs along with wooded areas with birds. Considering most of the things that broke with 14.3.2 don’t seem fixed at all with 14.3.3, this build is not my favorite. My normal drives just got more annoying/aggravating. I did have fun on the highway today (just not route 51 - MY GOD). @RuffBuffet @JSX423
