@WasatchSnow Trace, picked up from Oregon snow reports originally. I’m now in CA. Agree that ‘it depends’ is a more accurate answer. “Dusting” = trace of light, wind transportable snow. Skiff is a new term to me.

I finally reached my weight goal plus one pound more. I am now 179.0 pounds or 81.193 kgs for a total loss of 42.2 lbs or 19.1416 kgs.

@tberger80 Too true, and also unfortunate IMHO. Those ‘old-school’ types are going to strangle a lot of great companies, and alienate a massive body of talent that could have helped them evolve and stay relevant in a new/different world we live in.

Lots of chatter about the back-to-the-office full-time mandates many orgs have published. But there seem to be very few pro-office, but those who are, are typically higher up in the hierarchy & older. Seems like an organizational and generational conflict/divide at the same time.
