@rugsdotcom @FedExHelp now makes you buy a box for returns. So my rug return is costing $14, that's not free. Why @fedex can Rugs.com send a rug without a box (wrapped in plastic) but I can't return it in the same (unopened) packaging? Suggest you use @UPS instead

Holy cow @rugsdotcom is terrible. Placed an order 5 days ago. Their site says everything ships within 24 hrs. Fine, wait 48. Customer service said it would “ship soon.” My order still doesn’t exist and customer service has ghosted me. Still lists tomorrow as arrival time. 🙄
