Books on race & LGTBQ identities are disproportionately affected in book bans. This is the ‘cancel culture’ and ‘free speech’ we should actually be worried about.
Not when racism, misogyny and transphobia is held to account, instead of being indiscriminately platformed.

- there was no mention of OpenAI's role or plans in mitigating existing AI-related problems, such as bias, disinformation, discrimination, deepfakes, non-compliance with data protection rules, etc. It looked like talking about a future AGI was a way to distract from reality>>

ChatGPT is not a search engine, there are no attached sources, context & liability, it's information digested from the internet, there is bias & misinformation (& no promotion of fact-checking). In my view, it is irresponsible to incentivize people to use it as a research tool >>

That’s how you get a lawyer who creates a legal brief w/ made-up case law + fake judicial opinions, because: “I did not comprehend that ChatGPT could fabricate cases”.

There’s a “Deep connection vs. Deep pockets” balance when raising $ pre-traction for a startup.
Ideally you want the intersection. But the earlier-stage you are, the more you will need to optimize for connection. Take smaller checks from your believers to build -> get traction.
