They sent expired, near to expired or missing items every time and after raising tickets they close with an excuse like as per policy and no customer service contact available. So, now raise the case in the consumer forum.

They are cooked to users

Today, I called in boat customer care and they told me to cancel pickup and rearrange the new pickup and say wait for 48 hours. I have been facing issues for a month but the boat team is not taking it seriously.

Replacement has issued on 05-07-2025 but it couldn't be shipped yet.Is this service?they just sit and relax. 1st they are rejected with the wrong excuse and after escalation they have sent the damage product
