@FitbitSupport There is no need, whatsoever, for the subscription to be non refundable. And when I then make that purchase and get charged £79.99, I still have 14 days to cancel...which I have. @MartinSLewis am I right here? How many people are being cheated by this?

@FitbitSupport @fitbit @FitbitSupport @FitbitUK So your DM response was useless. I'm still £80 out of pocket on a subscription I don't want. When this happens with @PrimeVideo they just refund instantly, or pro rata based on how far into the subscription you are. Maybe @amazon just care more

@bt_uk Terrible service so far with BT. Broadband has been intermittent since signing up a few months ago. Now 2nd day of no connection this weekend, Service is "fine" in our area. Rescue us @SkyUK @virginmedia @TalkTalk anyone really!!
