Ce petit merdeux se prend vraiment pour une autorité. Il se rêve en distributeur de visas. Goma c'est la RDC !!! Et seule la RDC est habilitée à délivrer des visas. La réalité, c’est que lui et son simulacre d'administration ne sont que des spasmes passagers, condamnés à disparaître très bientôt dans les latrines de l’histoire. Il est grand temps que la MONUSCO, avec l’accord de la RDC, soit renforcée par des forces spéciales américaines ou autres, trés lourdement armées et habilitées à ouvrir le feu dès que l’on entrave sa libre circulation. Il est grand que la MONUSCO désarme par la force le M23 et refoule les forces de défense rwandaise (FDR) en les frappant si nécessaire. Le régime de tueurs manipulateurs de Kigali ne comprend que le langage de la force. Il faut donc leur parler dans cette langue et leur faire comprendre qu’il est très simple, avec quelques chasseurs ou quelques missiles bien placés, de raser leurs camps militaires. L’heure est venue de démilitariser le régime de Kigali et d'encourager un changement de régime au Rwanda.

The sustainability of Rwanda's bilateral counter-terrorism deployment in Mozambique, if our forces are actually needed, depends on adequate, predictable funding. This is what the European Peace Facility partly funds, and so far around €20m has been disbursed. The full cost to @RwandaGov is at least 10 times more, in addition to the ultimate sacrifice of loss of soldiers’ lives, all to stabilize Cabo Delgado. Rwandan Forces went to Cabo Delgado in 2021 at the request of the Mozambican government, to work with a brotherly African country that needed the support, money was not the first consideration. The results of this deployment are evident: civilians have returned to their homes, children are back in school, businesses reopened, mega foreign investments are secured. To be clear, the work of RDF in countering terrorism in Cabo Delgado has benefitted the Mozambican people and the companies investing in LNG, and supporting that work is not a favor being granted to Rwanda. Should the RDF Command assess that the work being done by Rwandan Security Forces in Cabo Delgado is not appreciated, they would be right to urge the government to end this bilateral counter-terrorism arrangement and pull out. @mattstephenhill

La Fondation Panzi, de Denis Mukwege a été subventionnée dès 2020 dans le cadre de notre projet « La Francophonie avec Elles ». Je traite donc la RDC comme un pays membre important qui doit avoir toute sa place dans l’organisation. Maintenant, si les pays règlent leurs problèmes bilatéraux au niveau du multilatéral, on ne va pas s’en sortir.
