@Enterprise what is the purpose of reserving a rental well in advance just to be called and asked if i would be ok with a sedan. Well no! That is NOT what I reserved silly! My last rental a month ago was also an issue! I gave yall the benefit of the doubt! For no reason!

@earnin How do you have my pay date in the app & still take money a day BEFORE my actual pay date & overdraw my account! If I deny the charges then it messes up my Earnin, if I dont I will get charged a fee! Never mind you took the little bit of money I had in my account for gas!

@smj20103 Your debit date is based on when your direct deposit posts to your bank account. If it came out early or caused an overdraft, we’d like to check what happened. Please message our 247/ in-app chat support team so they can investigate and work with you toward a prompt resolution.

@earnin Yea I did message them and well they were no help! My direct deposit doesnt hit until TOMORROW 6/25/26! The money was taken today! And the only help that was offered was to credit my account for what was taken and then push back the payment to 7/9/26. Which isnt an option!

@walmarthelp yall need to train your employees better! Whole rack of tank tops and they're on sale per the sign. Get to the register and they're not on sale. Tell the employee and her response was if there's no sticker then it's not on sale. Not true at all! 😤

@FedEx train your truck drivers better! Them waiting until the very last inch to merge when a lane is closed and they were notified miles back of the lane closure is a safety issue. A HUGE one!

@StateFarm how do you remove the wrong vehicle from my policy. My dad called to have it corrected on 4/1 and today is 4/4 and the wrong vehicle is still on the policy. So I have been driving around with no insurance unbeknownst to me.
