@currys disrespectful . Currys blocked the entrance to my offices . had to offload heavy goods from my car. Bad behaviour. Driver nowhere to be seen . I guess he just parked and went off to breakfast somewhere.

@British_Airways well done with the new buffet at first lounge which includes waffles now. It’s great! Also a nice touch to give free messaging only wifi onboard to executive members. Although i think gold members should have browse and stream free 😃. Thanks ! 😃😃😃

@British_Airways no alcohol free beer on board. Having had issues with alcohol and having to drink non alcohol beverages for my health, I am amazed heineken 00 / alcohol free beer has been removed from the bar until further notice. Does this mean BA encourages to drink alcohol ?

Good to know @VirginAtlantic don't care about racism in their ranks. Got racially profiled by Virgin boarding desk staff of VS117 last month. Emailed their team to raise the issue. Instead of calling me, I was brushed under the rug by their customer service team. Thanks Virgin!

@Parcel2Go parcel being returned / already back at Parcel 2 go Bolton address and being told to wait 2 weeks! Unacceptable. I would have had better service using UPS direct. Dissappointing

@pearlounge used to say i lived this lounge. Sadly it has gone bad! Overcrowded, poor service, food no longer appealing and ONLY 1 wine drink per guest! Will complain to BA and for sure will start flying to Rome to enjoy better lounges there! So sad…!

@vueling just want to say your foundspot lost items service is useless! found the item. i paid for shipping. item was returned even with correct address provided. Now 2 weeks on still nothing. item back with vueling and i am being told to wait ! appalling service
