I finally canceled my TV service with @Suddenlink, and now I have to return my box. They no longer offer a technician to come get it. Not easy for a graveyard worker, especially cause I have to go to the next town over.

@SuddenlinkHelp @suddenlink you've raised my rates to over $100 a month and the service is subpar for two tv's and two phones. When I attempt to speak with someone about this nonsense I get told to come back later. How about I just switch over to @CenturyLinkHome @CenturyLink ?

@Suddenlink I cannot figure out what is going on with my dvr. It is doing selective recordings. It has been set to tape The View every day for a long time. Last week while I was gone it decided not to tape it and some other shows it was supposed to. It isn’t taping it now. 🤬
