@_JesseMK 1x was always the end state and perhaps even ~0.9x. They hold an asset and have expenses --> <1x is fair. Look at the history of companies like Naspers that hold a concentrated asset. It trades at a sharp discounts to its Tencent holdings and that gap hasn't closed for a decade

Why do seniors get discounts? they were in their prime earning years when houses were $50k. The S&P 500 is up 75x since they started working. If they're still poor, that's on them I will be campaigning for senior surcharges
