The human-perceived RGB is image 1 and the Tesla AI photon count reconstruction is image 2. This is why Tesla FSD can see so well at night or through extreme glare.

Something big has changed at Giga Texas with Cybercab production … ~ 14 in the outbound lot WITHOUT STEERING WHEELS! Earlier this week, the production line has begun what we are all waiting for and I would expect to see many more starting on Monday, 4/20 🤠 A big step forward!

Tesla FSD just saved two lives on the highway. A man walked straight into traffic in heavy fog/rain at 65+ mph. The Model 3 spotted him and swerved safely. Could’ve been fatal for both the pedestrian and my cousin driving. Insane reaction time. Grateful for @elonmusk @Tesla

Austin, TX (MAR.012026)- Tragic story update. 3 confirmed dead 14 injured including some in critical condition. Shooting occurred at Buford’s bar on sixth Street. As several emergency vehicles attempted to get to the scene, including ambulances, a Waymo parked itself sideways in lanes to block all traffic. Eventually, an APD officer was able to gain entry into the vehicle and move it out out of. The Waymo was blocking emergency vehicles for an estimated 2 to 3 minutes. It is unknown if this resulted in victims at the scene dying or prevented other injured victims from reaching the hospital in a timely fashion. Bystanders pleaded with the Waymo to move out of the road as it slightly shuttered forward a couple of times, but would not clear the roadway. The Sunset Project ™️ is waiting on a statement from Waymo this morning regarding remote supervision for this vehicle and whether it was being controlled from the Philippines or from a domestic location. #SunsetProject

To everyone complaining about the looks of Cybertruck, form followed function. The body is prismatic because the stainless steel used can’t be formed like conventional auto body panels. It’s fair not to buy it if you don’t like the looks, but don’t insist they change it. Not gonna happen.

I "drove" to a meeting this morning. Actually I didn't drive at all, FSD did. From my driveway to the parking spot, 30 miles. In fact, I barely remember the drive, my brain was very focused on something else. On FSD v14: 85% of my interventions: finding a parking spot. 15% wanting to take a different route. 0% safety critical. 100% true statement.

My brother and I have 25K miles recent experience with FSD v13 and 14. This kind of integration is the key to making unsupervised FSD work. Being able to say “favor the left lane because the right lane is rough and has potholes” or “ the next right turn is a private gravel road that’s rough, don’t alsoexceed 10 mph” is VITAL. FSD needs to (better?) factor in suspension motion for auto slowing down on rough roads.
