It obviously sucks for contractors to be followed around and second-guessed, but this is why you *have* to do it. The wild thing about this is that contractors who do this stuff won't even come to you first and say, "hey, we don't have a lot of good options, so we're thinking about running this through the top of this hall, what do you think?"
No, they'll just do it and bank on the fact that you won't confront them.

I still haven't solved the CO2 bedroom challenge
You open the window and you wake up from a 6am garbage truck or barking dogs and sunlight
You close it, you suffocate in 1200 ppl at 5am
I guess you really need some mini tube in your wall with a vent that opens and closed based on internal CO2 but how do I build that?

@BigDickBarclay @AvmNews7 Of course the HVAC guy doesn't clean up after himself

Buying a cheap AC is costing you more than you think. 🛑
Don't let a low price tag fool you. Non-inverter ACs drain your wallet with massive electricity bills. Switching to a *5-Star Inverter AC can save you over ₹60,000 in just 5 years.
Cheap at the shop, expensive every month. Choose wisely! ⚡💰

"What would I do with 2 million dollars?"
Dude. If modern games, comics, movies, etc. suck so much (and they do) find talented people and pay them to MAKE STUFF.
We have talented creators working at Walmart, meanwhile our millionaires are sitting on their money doing nothing I'm going crazy

Asmongold reveals he has no idea how much money he makes, but knows he paid $4,000,000 in taxes & Caleb Hammer advises him he should be spending $2,000,000 a year Caleb: "I will tell you how much you can spend, how much do you make?" Asmongold: "Uhm I know how much I owed, over $4,000,000. I am going to be honest with you I have no idea what the answer is I got 1099 and it was like millions of dollars, I don't even know where it came from." Caleb: "Okay so you probably make 6-8" Asmongold: "More, a lot more than that" Caleb: "Okay spend 2 million a year" Asmongold: "Oh my god, what the fuck would I do with 2 million dollars a year"

@MostlyMonkey It's not that bad. Get some hex bits for your drill and it goes together twice as fast.
The real problem is modern dresser drawers only opening 3" as a safety feature

@realestatedude0 Doesn't seem impossible that it could be from a bad window job, if water is getting in framing could have failed and the roof is basically being held up by the window jambs

@ProblemGirl_13 If you're getting linoleum you can't afford having them sub out a plumber
English

If you hire a /reputable/ flooring company, they either have someone or hire someone to come and pull the toilet and re-seat the toilet and caulk around it after the flooring is down.
Your right that it would probably be fine as long as you replace with a bigger toilet later, but the toilet in this video has just about the biggest base on the market. 😂
English

Don't do this stupid shit. Just pull the toilet. A wax ring is less than $10. A whole new piece of linoleum is a lot more expensive than $10.

One big thing to keep in mind is that unless we are talking about Manhattan, you probably need to have a car, anyway, because there are some things that you’re going to want it for in most American cities. So it’s pretty difficult to eliminate the cost.
The other challenge in most American cities is that even if you set your life up to be completely walkable, that situation can be temporary, unless you just literally never leave your job and/or never have any new interests.
