@ExpediaHelp is making me fool from the last 9 months. I have booked ticket through expedia last year and because of covid flight got canceled. Now when i try to get my money back, both @ExpediaHelp and @EtihadHelp blaming each other and expedia is not picking up my call

It is 5 months now that i have been trying to get a refund from @makemytrip @makemytripcare and @EtihadHelp @etihad @EtihadPremium and they are delaying the refund since then. @indSupremeCourt will provide all the necessary documents.

Apparently @etihad think it’s ok to cancel flights and not refund. Will never fly @etihad again unless they refund me. It is my right as a consumer to this refund!!!!

@CanadainIndia How long would it take for you to start processing applications at a normal pace? I do realize the impact of covid on everything but its also stressful for people waiting for processing of their applications! Please update

Do you understand how frustrating this is for a commoner? I call your cx service, leave alone any resolution these ppl just hang up in your face without an answer. What am I suppose to do, just forget about my hard earned 75k ?
