@thayalan_thay Hi Thay. We’re due to attend this weekend to speak with the pipe owners to escalate the repair. As the leak is private, our ability to intervene is limited. We'd need to go through a legal process which can take some time - Isabelle

@thameswater I reported water leak in my ward on 2 February 2026. Case Ref no. 01519258. The leak is from your manhole cover on the pavement. It is outside Quinton Court on the pavement in Douglas Road KT6 7SA. It has not been resolved yet. Please get it fixed soonest. Thanks

@thameswater Good morning, Could you please provide any further updates? We are continuing to receive complaints from residents. There is a junior school and a Driving Test Centre nearby, and this is a particularly busy road. The current situation is causing concern locally.

@thayalan_thay Good Morning Thay, due to the nature of this leak we're working with the landowners to get this fixed. Apologies for the delay, it's a private leak and the responsibility of the owners, but we're assisting and it's heading in the right direction for repair - Courtney

What I’ve been up to recently: 🔸 Visiting local schools – Green Wrythe Primary for their aspirations week, Beddington Infants to see their outdoor learning in action, and Carshalton Girls for their careers fair. 🔸 Speaking with residents on the doorstep in St Helier, Hackbridge, Roundshaw, and Carshalton. 🔸 Welcoming Lib Dem Leader Ed Davey to Sutton to support our brilliant local election candidates. 🔸 Pressing the Government to sort out the Environment Agency – whether it's on the Wandle or the incinerator, the EA are failing our area. 🔸 Joining the local Hindu community in Wallington to answer questions and listen to their concerns. 🔸 Pushing for transport improvements – demanding TfL reverse their cuts to the S4 bus and calling for investment in our local train links.

It was lovely giving out so many Christmas shoeboxes, knitted Christmas pudding stuffed with chocolates & many other presents that were donated to us to give to guests attending the @RoadCrest Christmas lunch. Thanks to our #kingston community, @SurbitonHigh and @KingstonRotary

The @KingstonRotary and The Inner Wheel have been really busy knitting 250 of these delightful Christmas pudding covers for Ferraro Roche and Lindt chocolates. We will be distributing them to @RoadCrest food bank clients and other people we support in the community. Thank you!
