You know there is economic slowdown when 1) @amazon starts supplying broken fire tv to @prime subscribers 2) @amazon customer support doesn’t have a clue when the replacement will be delivered even after 2 weeks

@AmazonHelp I did all that and was told by the customer support executive that she does not have any answers. She can’t cancel replace or refund the product? Two weeks to get a tv.. Is this the @amazon joke on @PrimeVideo subscribers

@AmazonHelp I had ordered an Amazon fire tv on 25th June. Received a product with broken screen. Asked for replacement. Not yet got the replacement. Customer service executive kept on forwarding the call for 30 minutes without telling the reason for the delay.
