@OctopusEnergy I supplied my meter readings on the 30th of January & still no bill generated or money taken from my account balance, I can see my meter reading were accepted on my online account. Any ideas?

@virginmedia I have accidentally broken the cable that runs outside the front of our house, it was installed through a concrete border, very strange. What sort of lead time to get this repaired? Thank you.

@AmazonUK would you like to explain why your RRP has risen so much since you put items up for sale making it look like you are getting a good deal ?? Shocking tactics. Here is a good example, RRP of only £89.99 on the official Lego store but you think its £221.35.

@LEGO_Group Why is it that the UK store is not allowing us to pre-order the new Technic models due for release on 1st August & take advantage of the double VIP points ? Really not good as other countries can. Please let us pre-order & get our points.

@BritishGasHelp I was told i could reply to a text from the case handler at any time but i never received a text only a phone call. Surely i can get some info for my case handler so i can deal directly with them. Things have not gone well with talking to random customer service people.

@wayneage84 Hi Wayne, you can contact anyone regarding your complaint(enquiry) and they can pass the information to the case handler. Also your case handler needs to keep a regular contact with you and each time they contact you they need to tell you when you'll be contacted again. 1/2
