ಉತ್ತಮ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂತಹ ಕಡೆ ಅಪರಾಧಗಳು ಕಡಿಮೆಯಿರುವುದು ಗಮನಾರ್ಹ. ನಿಷ್ಠಾವಂತ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಅಪರಾಧ ತಡೆಗಟ್ಟುವುದು ಕಷ್ಟದ ಕೆಲಸವಲ್ಲ. ಹಿರಿಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಕೆಳ ಮಟ್ಟದ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಉತ್ತಮವಾದ ಬಾಂಧವ್ಯವನ್ನು ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡು ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುವುದು ಒಳ್ಳೆಯದು. ಹಿರಿಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಆಗಾಗ್ಗೆ ಪೋಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆಗೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಬೇಕು. ಇತರೆ ಇಲಾಖೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಹೋಲಿಸಿದರೆ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೇಣಿ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿದೆ. ಶಿಸ್ತು ಕೂಡ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿದೆ. ನೀವು ಮನಸ್ಸು ಮಾಡಿದರೆ ಅಪರಾಧಗಳು ತಾನಾಗಿಯೇ ಕಡಿಮೆಯಾಗಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಕೋಮುಗಲಭೆಗಳು ಆಗಾಗ್ಗೆ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಲೇ ಇರುವುದರಿಂದ ಕರಾವಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಶೇಷ ಕಾರ್ಯಪಡೆಯನ್ನು ರಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಕೋಮುಗಲಭೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹತ್ತಿಕ್ಕುವುದು ಅಗತ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಆಗಬೇಕಿದೆ. ಕೋಮುಗಲಭೆಗಳು ನಡೆಯಬಾರದು. ಅದು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾದರೆ ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತವೆ. ಅದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಕೋಮುಗಲಭೆಗಳನ್ನು ತಡೆಯಬೇಕಾದ್ದು ಅಗತ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಅನಿವಾರ್ಯ. ಇತ್ತೀಚೆಗೆ ನಡೆದ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಹಲವು ವಿಚಾರಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾಪಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. 2023 ಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಲಿಸಿದರೆ ಸೈಬರ್ ಅಪರಾಧಗಳು 2024 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿವೆ. ಕೊಲೆ, ದರೋಡೆ, ಸರಗಳ್ಳತನ ಮುಂತಾದ ಅಪರಾಧ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳು ಕಡಿಮೆಯಾಗಿವೆ. ಮಾದಕ ವಸ್ತುಗಳಿಂದ ನಮ್ಮ ಯುವ ಪೀಳಿಗೆ ಹಾಳಾದರೆ ಭವಿಷ್ಯ ಹಾಳಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಪೊಲೀಸರನ್ನು ಕಂಡರೆ ನಾಗರಿಕರಿಗೆ ಭಯ ಹಾಗೂ ಸ್ನೇಹ ಎರಡೂ ಇರಬೇಕು. ಪೋಲಿಸ್ ಠಾಣೆಗಳು ಜನಸ್ನೇಹಿಯಾಗಿರಬೇಕು. ನಾಗರಿಕರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಒಡನಾಟವಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡು ಅವರ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ಅರ್ಥಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು, ಆಗ ಪರಿಹಾರಗಳು ಹೊಳೆಯುತ್ತವೆ. ಮಾದಕವಸ್ತುಗಳನ್ನು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ನಿರ್ನಾಮ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು. ಸೈಬರ್ ಅಪರಾಧಗಳನ್ನು ಕಡಿಮೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು. 2/3 #PoliceCommunityHall
