@FlySharpUK Also tried to phone through, lost count how many times. Told we would receive a call back the last Saturday gone and NOTHING AGAIN. Why can no one just deal with this over one phone call and book our flights?

Customer confirms booking in good faith
Then it takes more than 24h to receive the e-tickets ( which is not even informed at the time of booking )
Also price is not reserved!!
@Skyscanner : Recently made a booking using your website via @FlySharpUK Haven't yet received my e-tickets . This is ridiculous as before booking nothing like this was intimated by your website. Now my card is charged and yet I am made to wait for my e-tickets. Please act.

@FlySharpUK because u r charging for rescheduling of flights even by Covid+ passengers they have no option but flying in to UK with the virus. @VirginAtlantic u are equally liable. @BorisJohnson@sajidjavid

@FlySharpUK had the worst experience brought a ticket last year didn’t go due to lockdown wanted to use the ticket spoke to Parag he was been unprofessional for no reason how come one way ticket is £500 and on website it’s £250? Same airline same time? 1/2

Dear @FlySharpUK I have been charged for 90 GBP for fare difference while invoice provided for ticket handling charges. All other travel agent and airline rescheduled all cancellation for free due to UK lockdown. @airvistara

@FlySharpUK@EtihadHelp@etihad more than 30 calls later and still nothing. Some of the advisors from Flysharp have hung up on us. We’ve been stranded here with no help or support and both Flysharp and Etihad refusing to get us on flights back home. #WorstAirlineExperience
@FlySharpUK hi! My credit card details were taken in a cyber attack of another online retailer. The card was attempted to be used last night on your website. Is there a way you can track the transaction to pass details to fraud team such as IP to catch them?

As of now, Dubai is still green light which means I have no other option but to go or follow Borris and lose out on £2000 🤬

@FlySharpUK I was due to fly to New York in Sept (obviously cancelled due to covid) I spoke to your customer service twice and they said that my my flights could be moved to July next year but I was told it was processing, it’s been over a month & still no confirmation.
