British Gas, what a disgrace, been waiting since January for a meter and monitor replacement. Cancelled March and yesterday for appointment today. On priority list, a share holder and loyal customer!!!! To say fuming 😡 is an understatement.
@Scottishpower failed for the third time to meet their own call slot!! Can’t believe this, what a way to run a company. One extremely angry and frustrated customer, come on @Scottishpower get a grip.
Once again disappointed to have wasted 2hours waiting for a call from @ScottishPower despite having logged the spot with the complaints department and being on the priority list for health and age.
Poor service to say the least.
