@edjade City-wide cleaning of all shared public spaces was previously funded via a 10% cost in each electricity unit. This cost has been removed from electricity, making prepaid purchases cheaper, and is now a standalone item on the bill.

@edjade It is not a new charge as residents have always contributed to city-wide cleaning. After two rounds of public participation and amended proposals, Council adopted the budget and tariffs for the new financial year.
