Florida agriculture showed up in a big way in Washington, D.C. this week for our annual Field to the Hill fly-in. We were proud to bring 110 Florida Farm Bureau members representing 33 counties to our nation’s capital—ensuring the voice of agriculture is heard loud and clear. Together, our group held meetings with more than 25 congressional offices, advocating for the issues that matter most to our farmers and ranchers. At the top of the list: - Passing a modern, effective Farm Bill - Delivering relief following Florida’s recent devastating freeze - Advancing meaningful ag labor reform Our Executive Committee also had the opportunity to elevate these priorities at the highest levels of government. They met in the Roosevelt Room of the West Wing with @JamesBlairUSA, Deputy Chief of Staff to President Trump to discuss the future of agriculture policy, engaged with agriculture trade officials at Office of the United States Trade Representative on the upcoming USMCA review, and received a military readiness briefing at the Pentagon/ United States Department of War highlighting the critical intersection between agriculture and national security. We wrapped up the trip with a visit to the United States Department of the Interior, where Deputy Secretary Kate MacGregor—a proud Floridian from Jupiter—provided valuable insights on federal priorities impacting our members. When farmers and ranchers share their stories face-to-face, it makes a difference. This is how we ensure Florida agriculture remains strong, resilient, and represented!

Hey @Publix, I have deleted your app and will no longer use it as you have deleted the ability for customers to PAY with the App. Please get with it in the 21st century and get an app where we can use it to pay for groceries. It is useless otherwise as I can clip coupons and make lists elsewhere. I can see BOGOs on other apps as well. I am a LOYAL shopper and am highly disappointed in the Pay deletion on the app.
