Sometimes when I'm playing a song on Spotify it wont play on the Google home when I tell it to play Spotify. And sometimes when I press to listen on home group it just says connecting but won't connect. Also when I tell Google home to replay the song it doesn't. Can you help me ?

@turo this is ridiculous. I was told by your chat support to tell the guest to cancel if the other guest did not return the car. I did that and now they are trying to charge me for a cancellation fee! Doesn't make any sense at all.
